A Key valve offers absolute hygiene entirely without water. Each valve saves up to 40,000 liters of water every year. Water is too valuable to be flushed and has far more practical and sustainable uses, such as growing grains, for example. 

With 40,000 liters of water, wheat can be grown to produce 33 kilos of bread.
